Terri Sewell became the first Black woman in the state of Alabama to get elected to congress. Ms. Sewell won the 7th congressional district seat, a seat formerly held by your boy Artur Davis. By the way, has anyone heard from Mr. Davis since his failed attempt to run for governor? I guess trying to pass for white.......... oops my bad......I meant a Republican wasn't such a good idea after all. I'm confident Ms. Sewell will represent the 7th congressional district well.
Congrats Ms. Congresswoman!
